Delivery Information

Sorry but our couriers are unable to deliver your order without it being signed for.

Orders will only be dispatched after we have received full payment.
Orders paid for after 2pm will be sent out the following working day.

“Working Days” for sending out items are Monday to Friday.
“Working Days” for delivery are Monday to Friday, NOT Saturday and Sunday.

We offer a fully tracked next working day service when shipping to England, Scotland, and Wales.
Delivery to All of Ireland, Northern Scotland, Highlands and remote areas may take 48 hours.
The above is not applicable to Bank Holidays.

Returns Procedure

Our customers satisfaction is our number one goal.

We are confident with the quality of the products we sell and hope you are happy with your purchase.

However if you have any issues with your order please send an email to:  info@veganbeautyproducts.co.uk  and we will be in contact within 24 hours.

If you do wish to either return or exchange your purchased products, please help us to resolve any problems quickly by undertaking the following steps:

Returns requires prior authorisation by Vegan Beauty Products. Please contact us either by the above email (info@veganbeautyproducts.co.uk) or by phone (01462 790900) to explain the problem with your item and for us to approve the return. Notification of damaged goods must be made within 3 days of receipt.

For refunds and exchanges all returns must be in original packaging and in new condition; the packaging must be undamaged (unless the product is being exchanged due to a product fault) The returned item must be suitable for resale and the contents and quantity of the product must be as originally sold.

Returned goods MUST be returned via OUR courier – we will e mail you a label which we will ask you to print off and attach to your box

You will be responsible for the post and packaging costs of returning the products to us for any reason.
If the item is tested and found to be faulty, we will reimburse your cost of returning the items.

Please ensure that you include your order number, name and contact details (email and phone number) with your return in addition to a brief description (1-2 sentences) about why you are returning the products.

If the above procedure has not been followed correctly we reserve the right not to process the returns.

Finally, let us assure you that we will try to resolve any problems you have as quickly as possible.
